I would rate this product unacceptable. Only found out after assembly that the crank mechanism was frozen. Couldn't turn the hose reel. Had to disassemble the whole thing and ship it back. Major inconvenience. Typical item that has no Chinese quality control. This whole thing made me swear I would NEVER order another item like this on the web.
